What counts as a run?
One flow on one device, once, that passed, failed, or was stopped after it started. A flow run on an iPhone and a Pixel is two runs, and every device counts the same.
Runs that couldn't run, the retries when a device fails us, and runs stopped while they waited are free.
Do long runs count more?
A run counts once for every 3 minutes of its flow, started: a flow that takes 2 minutes is one run, and one that takes 12 minutes counts as 4. Getting the device ready isn't counted. The run's page says how it counted.
What happens when my runs are used up?
On a paid plan, nothing stops: runs past your plan's cost $10 per 1,000, on the next invoice. Trailcam tells you at 80% and at 100%.
On Free, runs you start and runs from CI stop until next month, and production checks keep running. Free runs, checks and AI commands are per person, shared by the Free workspaces you create.
Is there a free trial?
There's a Free plan instead, for as long as you like: 200 runs a month on Android, with 3 production checks. To use free runs, sign in with Google or GitHub once.
Can I change plans?
Owners can change the plan at any time. A bigger plan starts at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A smaller one starts at the end of the billing period.
What does Trailcam AI cost?
Nothing extra: each plan includes it, up to the amounts above. Past them, AI commands in flows never stop on a paid plan; every 10 past your plan's count as one run. Each Find my journeys search uses one of the searches your plan includes each month, and each journey it writes uses one of your Describe it journeys; on Free, each person's first search is free, journeys and all. An Owner can turn Trailcam AI off for the workspace.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added where it applies.
